Shipping policy

We make sure every order is packaged with care, and we do our best to pack and ship orders within 2 or 3 business days.

NOTE: AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TOWARDS THE PACKAGE. For example: candy opened, candy or box smashed, incorrect delivery address, item marked as "delivered" but you haven't received the package. If there is an issue with your package, contact the carrier immediately.

During warmer months, you may need to purchase ice packs to help keep candy cool  during transit. We will not refund or exchange any candy that arrives melted during these warm months. An order requiring ice packs will be shipped on a Monday or Tuesday so that you receive it before the weekend to prevent your package from spending the weekend in a hot warehouse or shipping truck. If your order is not packed and ready to ship on a Monday or Tuesday, it will be held and shipped the following week on Monday or Tuesday.
